2. Offer & Purchase Workflow.

   • All products are clearly described with price in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

   • To complete a purchase, you must click the “Order & Pay” button, which constitutes your irrevocable offer to buy and obligation to pay.

   • The displayed language (English) matches the currency (INR).

3. Order Processing & Shipping.
   Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (up to 10 days for special items) after payment confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Payment Processing & Security.
   Payments are securely handled by PayU (PayU S.A.), PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your card details.

5. KYC & Regulatory Compliance.
   By transacting, you acknowledge and agree to comply with applicable RBI guidelines on payment aggregators, KYC/AML/CFT requirements, and any on-boarding or verification procedures required by PayU.

6. Returns & Refunds.
   You may return eligible items per our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability.
   Neither Soul Nexus nor our payment partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment failures or use of the Site, and our aggregate liability is limited to the order value.

8. Dispute Resolution.
   Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and resolved in Bangalore courts.
