Eligibility.
Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items.
Customized or final-sale products (e.g., personalized jewelry) are not eligible.

Return Procedure.
Email wellnessforall@thesoulnexus.in with your order number and reason. A prepaid label will be provided when applicable.

Refund Timeline.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, but may take 5–21 days to reflect in your account for PayU transactions .

Exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Chargebacks.
Chargebacks may incur fees as per our Terms & Conditions and the aggregator’s policy.
